PGG provides geotechnical evaluations (soils reports) for single family/custom home residential and light commercial construction.

The purpose of a preconstruction geotechnical evaluation is to understand the current subsurface conditions, determine if the current conditions are suitable for the anticipated development of the site, and to provide recommendations for the design and construction of earthwork and foundations based upon the conditions and proposed construction.
