Will Smith, P.E.

Mr. Smith has over 30 years of experience in construction and engineering combined.  His career began in framing and as a technician and progressed to lab testing, soils, supervisory roles and owning his own business. He has many years of experience with materials testing, special inspections including preconstruction, geotechnical soil sampling etc. 

When on a job site, Mr. Smith evaluates the project through the lens of an inspector, being meticulous that the right materials are being used and proper precautions taken. 

Will is proficient at materials testing, concrete masonry, testing soil, concrete, asphalt; in the field as well as in the lab.

Will worked with PGG as a contractor in 2016 and joined the PGG team in 2022.
