Peterson Geotechnical Group has over 20 years of experience providing expert witnesses testimony representing plaintiffs, defendants, and third-party defendants in construction defect matters in the southwestern United States. Our areas of expertise include geotechnical and civil engineering, specifically foundation design and construction, post-construction soil movement, materials testing, grading and drainage, corrosion issues, and earthwork/compaction issues.
Matters where PGG has represented plaintiffs have included spec and custom built single family residences, light commercial construction, multi-story hotels, and municipal civil improvements. PGG involvement in these matters focuses on determining the underlying cause of distress and providing cost-effective solutions.
