Melissa L. Edwards, PG, P.E.

Ms. Edwards has over 18 years of experience in engineering geology. She began her career in 2003 and has experience working on design-phase geotechnical evaluations and post-construction (forensic) civil/geotechnical evaluations. She primarily focuses on forensic evaluations and has experience evaluating homes, commercial buildings, pools, pavement, concrete, fences/walls, utilities, etc. for issues resulting from existing soil conditions (i.e., expansive, compressive, differential soil conditions, etc.), erosion, water-soluble salts, and inadequate grading/drainage conditions. She routinely evaluates site conditions and history, performs floor level and drainage surveys, and performs subsurface evaluations.
